The best solution really is just treating the Craig era as a closed loop and returning to business as usual. Just because two of them were genuinely great doesn’t mean we need to hold true to continuity even they discarded when they felt like it.

I imagine a mix of that and Duck Amuck. You could do the dialogue trick with hidden messages in the boxes that you need to figure out to decode the background narrative. And there would be at least one that just results in a joke at the readers expense.

I really liked how this idea was handled in the manga Blue Period. Taking the main through an arc to come to that conclusion and having it make him better at art and treat himself less harshly over his skill level just starting out. Even having characters politely calling him out about the word.

People need to learn that it’s okay to like some bad art and not like some good art. The conflation of critical reception and subjective experience leads to a lot of stupid arguments.

Also that it doesn’t need to be extremes. I hated that movie less on a rewatch but I still hate it lol

I’d really rather they didn’t. I’m hoping for more of a fun Batman movie that goes full comic book. Not as far the other way as 66 obviously but I’d kinda like to see the blue/grey suit if they can pull it off. Go weird with it. Big Bat Family. Have him play the straight man in a JLI movie.

Just finished watching this and it occurred to me that it would be really funny if they introduced Mr. Mxyzptlk into the new movies in a parody of the Thanos post credit scene.

Awesome to have that announced a few days before the new Ultraman starts up as well. Hopefully this becomes the new standard and Super Sentai gets in on it too
