I also did away with the camera-driven swinging. At first I was inspired by Greener Grass Awaits (yatoimtop.itch.io/greener-gras...) but ultimately that is a game which relies on that as its main mechanic. I thought I should make this a bit more accessible

Happy to have gotten 3rd in Theme out of ~270 submissions!

I think difficulty played a large part of this game's downfall... as it is insanely hard haha. More hints / SFX needed to guide the player, better onboarding etc.... Be grand. Maybe I'll do a follow up patch :)

Made a silly game jam in my spare time for Godot Wild Jam #82 (a 9 lá jam, iontach).

I'll be building this game from the ground up using deterministic game logic to prevent hopefully most issues.

(with simple cubes) from day 1. I'll probably keep pretty quiet about it for whole, but I wanted to gush about how good godot is tbh.

I've found myself getting up a lot earlier than usual these days, and decided to start spending that time making a game I've wanted to make for quite a while, in #godot.

Previously, rollback netcode has been the biggest blocker of wanting to make this game but now, I have it working
