The Coruscating Palace

Finally finished this piece. This one took me the longest time to complete, but I felt good once it was done. This piece is a commission for a scenery sticker that will be released later this year!

Really happy on how it turned out after printing! I think I'll print out all the characters I've designed so far and sort them neatly into a nice binder! ☀️

Goblin week

We are using Shadowdark, with the 1-turn death timer rule. The Ogre smashed the party's tank (Josette, 18hp), and landed a critical hit ( so 4D6 damages instead of two). Josette got pretty unlucky and received 5 - 5 - 6 - 6 (22). Nobody could save her during her last turn, so she died. RIP Josette.

I've done quite a few sessions with well-developed lore and strange, captivating environments, and it worked very well :D. But sometimes the simplest ideas also work wonderfully: an ogre, a bit of fog, a lost mountain. 😱

The ogre had been introduced several times before as a huge, idiotic, carrion-eating beast. When it emerged from the mist, the tension at the gaming table was palpable!

Fortunately, after the battle, they found refuge in a community of mushroom farmers. Perfect to recover (and introduce a new PC).

Yesterday, I DM'ed our monthly TTRPG session! The group was hunted by an ogre in the mountains. Lost and cornered, they opted for a direct confrontation. One of them got crushed in a single blow. After a bloody fight, the rest of the group managed to decapitate the beast. It was a great session ☀️!

Ooooh! ☀️ I woke up this morning with 1000+ followers! Thanks for being this much! I'm currently doing some experiments with artstyles, hence why I'm not posting a lot of new pieces! But soon ... some new stuff incoming! 😤😤😤
