On my HIM rewatch, my opinion hasn’t changed. The movie is IN its striking visuals. The 2 lead actors deliver good performances. The script & symbolism, without much subtext, are barebones. The climax of this allegorical tale isn’t quite a touchdown it could’ve been with better writing & directing.
