Ever since i was in hospitalized in January, I've slowly been decreasing my coffee intake. I went black with sweetener then black with low cal/carb sweetener and now I've cut back to less than a cup a day. Never thought I would!! Benefits are immense, including less mood swings.

My husband's aunt was struck and killed by a car walking to work this morning. Our family is upset but trying to remember his culture welcomes death in any form. Still struggling with such a terrible way to die. Hugging my kiddos tight today.
