On the whole, Captain America: Brave New World was a good thrill and a win. Worth seeing in theaters if you like the look of the trailers, but expect less Red in the movie than the marketing would have you think.

I also felt like some things were very "shallow". The Leader's plan was shallow, the war themes were shallow. Even the use of Celestial Island is shallow in the grand scheme of things. The post credits scene also sucked, but I never care.

They definitely could have done more with the conflicts.

Red Hulk is not in the movie that much, but in my opinion, that's a fault of the marketing rather than the film. Plus, Ross is a main character in the whole movie.

Some actual negatives would be: obvious green screen, disjointed scenes, and a disappointing main villain in The Leader.

The action was thrilling, with the aviation being the highlight for me. This movie also has some of the best use of the shield in the MCU.

Some of the editing during hand to hand fights was choppy and hard to follow, but I was fine with it. The Red Hulk battle was also well done.
