In Spyro: A Hero's Tail, this timed platforming challenge in Dragon Village has dynamic difficulty. Every time you hit the switch, the platforms stay raised for longer, and they lower more slowly. They reach their slowest speed after 9 attempts.

Update! I made a new release of the mod and added some installation instructions. You can easily run the entire mod from an Action Replay code in Dolphin. The mod only works on a specific version of the game though.

The columns to the right are the parameters for each visit count. The other columns read "Active_Period", "Rise_Speed" and "Fall_Speed". The higher the "Visited" number, the longer the active period and the lower the fall speed. The bottom row is just a bunch of 9's placed as dummy data.
This is the spreadsheet in the map file that stores this data.
(The dummy data at the bottom can't actually be reached, as the "visited" count is capped to 9 in the game.)
