I need all artists to know that using 3D models in your art is not cheating. Those free-to-use 3D models are literally there to make your life easier. Stop being so hard on yourself and just trace that 3D object. You don't need to be able to perfectly draw every object ever from memory!!

Every day I open messenger to see my mom sending me reel after reel of ai 'you're fat because you're full of parasites so do this thing that could kill you', chihuahuas dancing, and bigfoot lip syncing to bad boomer jokes. I'm so tired

I think the biggest damage to the art community was the obsolescence of gallery sites (y!, deviantart, etc) and the rise of scroll-by social media, like twitter and even tumblr. Art is not ''content'', you shouldnt need to post art every day (or every month!) to be relevant. This mindset sucks.
