This after nursing my spouse through multiple health issues, surgeries + daily living duties. After nannying for the grands, being far more present than the "other side". I feel like I am disappearing. But I still get the calls....mom, can you come help out. And I go. Expecting nothing.

I think one of the worst parts of being a 77 year old grandparent is how lonely is it in terms of MY family.
I have no rock. No one else in the family has consistently shown up for me, been reliable or trustworthy. I would take the help under any condition.

Missing exact numbers but...I started at @ 220, dropped maybe 10 due to breast cancer. On Mounjaro 20 months, hovering just above 140. I may not get there as I am calling this maintenance. BMI just below 24. 5'5, 76 years old. Added wrinkle, on AI Letrozole a known obstacle. 29-35% depending....🥳

First thing I noticed.
