what irks me is the two tier justice system the USA has. I know if someone alleged I had done these things that Trump is alleged to have done, charges would have been laid and I would have to prove my innocence. In Trumps case the victims have to prove his guilt before he's charged

I see the woman who got it, did so in part for aiding the peaceful transition from a dictatorship to a democracy, so I think you'd be hard pressed to convince them to give it to someone who wants a chaotic militarised transition from a democracy to a dictatorship.
