I'm about halfway thru the Rob Miller (the founder of Bloodshot Records) memoir - "The Hours Are Long, but the Pay is Low: A Curious Life In Independent Music". It's really good. It's all about how Bloodshot got its start - and lots of stuff on how bands ended up on the Bloodshot label.
