why did the NYT print - repeatedly - that Harvard was about to settle for some gargantuan sum? Will they run a retraction on those stories? Discipline the reporters who reported inaccurate information to their readers? Out the sources who lied to them?

We must all question the racialized construction of “the criminal” under American empire. Criminalization is a project of dehumanization that uses illegitimate claims to designate human beings as other, as undesirable, and therefore worthy of punishment and excommunication without contest.

Given Regents’ primarily fiduciary obligations, their moral bankruptcy notwithstanding, these expenditures demonstrate a dereliction of duty to responsibly manage university resources. Instead, they use them as a private purse to pursue political vendettas against students. x.com/la_luchona_/...
