be able to start streaming again, but sadly any and all VR streams are gonna need to be binned for the forseeable future. not enough space in the room for me to do VR and have everything else set up (like my bed to sleep on). so yeah, a mix of good and bad things have been keeping me from streaming.

So like, i bricked my phone while trying to replace the battery, the 90%IPA i was using got stuck behind the screen and ultimately destroyed the screen and midframe.. but i have a new phone now that was a eairly christmas present from my mom. It works great and takes great photos

Well I was dead to the world. And now I'm generally having a not great time, but we might try streaming today when I'm home from work. I am tired so it might be a shorter stream. Feeling like it might be olden tales.

When I'm home from the airport, just hoping I won't be too dead to the world XD.

Did you know that I am a DM? A new one? I host a campaign on stream for 5 players every other Saturday, at 6PM ET. I DM for a modified #dnd 5e using the 2014 rules, and some custom home-brew rules that I felt would fit my world. We will be going live with session 14 in about 15 hours :)

one of the biggest friends I met recently was @charcoalmoth.bsky.social , who raided me while I was playing modded vintage story with my partners, and a good friend of mine. Charcoal had introduced me to @melaharma.bsky.social and by extension many other wonderful people

or in person. I've been with my 2 amazing partners @rilaraven.bsky.social and @ayumea.bsky.social for 1 year and 10 months-ish, and I've known @verasnowfire.bsky.social, who is basically my sister, for almost 10 years. and over recent months I've met other wonderful friends too!

and honestly? i feel like I'm happier for it. that family did not spark joy in me. everyone was always after each-others throats, for no real good reason either. I still chat with my 3 older sisters, and I've been kinda making my own little family of wonderful people I either met online,

It has been almost 10 months, since I finally came to the realization that 90-97% of my family is psychotic, and stopped talking to them. there are members i still talk to, like my sisters, and an family friend/aunt. Recently found out one of the worst family members is homeless, which is neat.

i feel so great right now. spent the better part of my day getting something set up and working for stream in the future. im now able to live stream nintendo 3ds games on native hardware! this is a huge deal for me cause ive been wanting to play some ORAS again and now i can!

So as I was doing my opening duties at work I noticed some movement on the cart that I was using and lo and behold I found the tiniest little friend. My relocated them elsewhere and continued on with my stuff but I do have a picture so you know trigger warning arachnophobia.
