Sure. We have them in our home, too. Just have never seen them on the street like this activated by the equivalent of a 911 call.

The directness of the signs elsewhere sure beats things like “no turn on red”: the why is important.

Love it! Our home looks out over the new Alaskan Way lanes and it’s just amazing how slammed it is with bike and scooter traffic every afternoon now. You love to see it. 🚲 🚲🚲

I call that center lane the “uber eats permanent parking zone” so a good thing

Worst part of coming back to the US is having to listen to all the noisy cars again. People are jerks.
