Do people ever use the "bonus" months on a 16 or 18 month calendar? Why is this so prevalent? I'm going to need one for March-August, stands to reason that that covers Sept-Feb as well. I don't need "transition" months from one calendar to the next. Lets save some paper.

Every year, I get an advent calendar (or two... or three) and look forward to having daily tasks and treats to breeze me through December. Every 24th, I'm glad to be done with it so I can get rid of the emptied calendars' carcass and return to normalcy.
