Panic World (the podcast) had a great segment recently after the recent catholic school shoting and also after the Kirk shooting. They talked about how, to the shooters, the shooting itself is a form of media and self expression. It really is shitposting in the form of killing people.

I got a similar issue right now with my car. Bushings in the rear suspension control arm are worn. Replacing the bushings is 4 hrs of work, and minor material cost. Replacing the control arms is minor work, medium material cost - comes out cheaper. Sucks.

New #running shoes update - they are fantastic. I did a quick 7k in cold af conditions and they felt great, exactly what I was looking for in a shoe. Comfortable, roll easily through the stride, grippy and breatheable. All my shoes are purely for comfort from now on, I’m worth it 😤
