The end of data-siloing in the gov will be used on a rapid scale, healthcare data, social media, and more, all used to construct lists of people who will be suspected of dysphoria and denied their rights, a background check denial is an opaque process that is not easy to fight, in the best of times.

It is your duty, as a trans person, if you feel you are capable of owning a gun that you should do so, especially if those around you cannot.

Unfortunately I also feel that a lot of the language around removing dysphoria as a key aspect of trans identity has played into this, as we saw with the discharging of members of the military, in court it will be argued that on the face they are not banning trans people, just those with dysphoria.

It is telling that a group which has lower rates of violence than the normal pop is being disenfranchised not for any cogent reason, but purely for being viewed as a threat to the culture and hegemonic Christian populace that they want to construct.
