We both struggled over wanting to sell it, at all. But agreed regardless the engine would remain his own and open source.

My formal education is a mess. My independent education is just that. I look back at Falling Slime and feel all the same emotional turmoil I have over it now. But at the end of the day it was a game design idea that I put various work into, with others, and genuinely believed was, and is "good"

I think, it is kind of neat on a variety of tablets with various styli

the physics in this make it, a lot more fun. Works better on phones now. Working on an android app for it, and depending on where I go with it maybe Steam. Got a bunch of ideas but wish to talk them over with more people or a mental health professional or something

Finding a bunch of work/art I thought I lost on an old HDD is, a pleasant surprise.

Next I really am interested in trying the Switch 2's dual joycon / mice.

After using steam's dual trackpads for a while, both set to mouse for ambidextrous use. I think that, dual mouse input in general is really cool and should be explored even more, going alongside dual hand/motion controls.

The way the steam controller goes for larger pads and circular/concave shapes... Makes it work out better.

Need a new controller that retains that but includes dual sticks + a dpad.

It doesn't have the same haptics though. And it is a little finnicky. The shape/placement makes it more awkward when reaching the edges?

Then comparing the steam deck and controller. I feel like I can be more accurate with the controller over the deck? I think it's down to the shape and emphasis

I've noticed pretty reliably that trackpad movement on the steam controller and steam deck is much more precise and generally... feels better than standard laptop trackpads, just, in my anecdotal experience.

The Dualsense set up through steam input feels almost as good as the Steam Deck/Controller

Picked up a ps5 dualsense controller. Using it on my laptop with Steam input and.. Well, I primarily got this to compare the trackpad with those on the Steam Controller and Steam Deck.
