From Dorset With love

Today we are at Spetisbury Country Day with live bands, falconry, hawks display, gun dog display, the Dorset Axe Men, folk dancing, and more! Fantastic hot food on offer along with food producers and craft stalls! Lovely family day out and all proceeds from the event go to many local charities!

Scone? Toast? Spoon straight from the jar? We don’t judge.

Need something to do on Sunday? Then Shaftesbury is the place to go for their Feastival! Have a walk up the hill where that Hovis advert was shot and check out some local food producers!

The fantastic Poundbury Easter Market is at the Crown Square with lots of fabulous traders (food, drink, crafts etc), so come on down for the day, bring the kids/grandkids for the Easter egg hunt and show your support for all the local, independent businesses!

Boil rice, keep the water. Add the water to soup or juice or just drink it straight. Been doing this for years with kids and it repairs the stomach lining and gets you eating sooner. No idea why it works,pretty sure I would be burnt at a stake a few centuries ago

We’ve had Koen in for 2 days of work experience this week. Set him some marketing and photo tasks and he did very well!

Our oldest had work experience with us today for marketing. Quite impressed with the results……coming soon!

One of the Dorset landmarks made famous from Broadchurch. These cliffs are between West Bay and Burton Bradstock. Watch out for the seagulls here! Fantastic coastal walk along the top but stay away from the cliff base as these do tend to have rock falls regularly! #Dorset
