Anti-Semitism in Berlin.
Today (5. July) I was physically and verbally assaulted by two Zionists on the streets of Berlin. As they were making fun of my watermelon Kippa, I began to record the situation, which quickly escalated to physical violence.

Misreading? For this logic I was brutality, physically attacked in my Synagogue, fired from the Jewish Museum Berlin, and subject to state persecution. There is not much to misread here. It is not a theoretical debate, but lived reality. What standard are you trying to protect here?

That person was blocked for calling me safe-hating Jew. Would you suggest there is truth to that?

Truth can be painful. If some people feel offended by reality, there is no sustainable other way but facing it. My intention, to be clear, is not to hurt. But to speak truth.

According to you. I explained that Zionism can also mean anti-Semitism. Zionism can mean racism. Zionism can mean settler colonialism. It can mean many things. The problem is not what you think Zionism means, but how it manifests itself de facto: As a genocidal ideology.

Zionism, too, is against Jewish existence. Existence as a pluralist, diverse, and multi-cultural social group. Zionism is anti-Semitism.

Also anti-Semitism affirms Jewish existence. An affirmation of who Jews are as a race. I don't see the point.
