Is that the version that doesn't assume you want to open a document in Teams or a browser instead of the application?

142 days in, and he's failed at, and given up on so many campaign promises I'm wondering if he's going to start pushing the metric system from a lack of ideas.

It's been at least 12 hours. Anyone open a taco truck outside Trump tower yet?

Question for door to door sales people. Do y'all have like, a universal black list? Like, if I routinely identify as a friend or house sitter, and then try to get them to buy in on a time share, will ya stop?

The biggest problem here isn't actually that the LLM used stolen writing (that's bad, but...) LLMs have the biases of the training data, so using it for vetting panelist applications means that it's very likely that panels are going to be whiter, maler, and straighter than they might be otherwise.

Something about these arbitrary & capricious illegal firings happening across the Federal government that should be understood:

A big selling point for Federal jobs is the stability they offer. That comes with a tradeoff. Federal works make about 50 to 75% less than they would in private industry.

I've been wondering about their upbringing for a while. Why does being lied to, and then disappointed feel like love to them?

I remember someone asking after the first falcon heavy launch, 'is this the best we can do'. I couldn't help but think: no, this is just some rich idiot playing with his toys.

After 45 days of not really trying to end the war in Ukraine, Trump gives up. After 1100 days of trying to survive the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Zelenskyy refuses to give up.

Technically you can be racist without being Trump. I won't argue the flip side of that coin.

Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order today officially designating English as the official language of the United States, reversing nearly 250 years of tradition.

Most of these programs being cut exist because people were dieing. I don't know how we expect to make America great again if our best and brightest are dead because they weren't born into wealth in a pay to win culture.

I've heard it said that 'he who saves his country breaks no laws.' well.. he's breaking laws, seems saving his country is not the plan.

The Trump administration’s attacks on scientific funding, restrictions on Federal scientist activities, and
indiscriminate firing have caused chaos, panic, and harm.

We need *specific* examples of harms caused
by these policies to include in an open letter.
Grants cut, projects cancelled, jobs lost.

Feel free to send news stories, blog posts, or social media posts that mention these, as well as original contributions.

Please send to WhySharksMatter @ gmail or DM me

Science (and science policy, and conservation) friends, I need your help!
