As a WA resident myself, it’s very similar to OR. From southwest WA, Portland is only a 15 minute drive. I wish you the best of luck to ya! (Notta be biased or anything but I suggest SW WA because of Oregon being so close lol)

Our weather is super consistent. It rains from oct-mar. If it ain’t raining, it’s overcast or clear with a wind chill. It’s why OR/WA stay super green. Fire season is because it’s dry enough for forest/brush fires.
