Young artists, SLICE and Melon Press are offering a free Risograph workshop for teens on Friday, August 1, 6–8 p.m. on Cherokee St. Students will create a one-page zine with drawing and collage that will print on the Risograph.

Comics scripting is a vital skill when making comics with collaborators. Writer Ivy Noelle Weir will walk us through their process of comics writing with a Q&A afterwards! Following that, we'll do a comics scripting workshop learning the Standard Comic Script template.
