I had the honor of working on Jesse Jackson’s 1988 presidential campaign. I was a grad student with big dreams and learned so much from listening to him and his team. I will forever be grateful for his life work in the pursuit of peace, justice, and love.
final, last words...
Thank you, Mr. President.
Jesus said... whatever you did to one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did to me.

I'm reading Virginia Giuffre's memoir, "Nobody's Girl". This is a very difficult book to read, but i think we owe it to her and all other survivors of sexual abuse (and those who didn't survive), to recognize and acknowledge their pain and suffering. Read the book!
She is a gem!
Just saw a Parkland survivor post about being on lock down at Brown University.

In part 2 of my walk down memory lane on The Real Show, I share stories from my travels with Muhammad Ali — like when my mom lost a million-dollar briefcase and the private knockout that ended a rivalry.
I had a blast chatting with Sifu Slim about my memoir and my days as an Ali Angel! 🥊🪽 We talked about meeting Muhammad Ali in NYC in 1978 when I was just 13 and some of the adventures and lessons that followed. Listen to part 1 here:
