Just finished omnibus. What a week of love, grief, forgiveness, and community. Joy’s care for Rochelle, Emma gently attending to Kate’s guilt, the echo of Peggy’s voice with Tennyson. And don't get me started on Hilda! I had to check the writers names to silently doff my hat. #TheArchers

Are they going to dig up evidence of Neil's biological father in this? Is that who Reg D is? Or am I way out with dates? #TheArchers

Oh that's so interesting. I like TikTok. I've learnt so much about so many different things on there. I thought Facebook and X was the bad place, but that was pretty naive on reflection! #TheArchers

Yeah maybe so. Just found them pointing out the gardener specifically as interesting but likely misdirection. What's a tiktok yob though?! #TheArchers

Joy’s epiphany on Seaham beach, place where sea glass washes up, softened by time, was beautifully echoed in her quiet honesty with Rochelle last night in #TheArchers. She named her part in the past without blame. Rochelle wasn’t ready, but Joy stayed kind. The past is weathered. What next? SW ❤️ ⭐💯

Glad others had answers to this question as all I know about engineered floors is when it's dropped in conversation I felt it was to let people know it's not 'just laminate' 😂 #TheArchers

Yes! This is exactly what I think. The garden hose, the gardener, and he was so precious about the damn expensive floors. I bet he was insufferable about them as he ignored the pleas of Pam to engage. #TheArchers

If it's a garden hose btw and his wife left with the gardener - I reckon he banged on about that damn engineered wood floor one time too many. #TheArchers

The SW have me right where they want me. Brian's fury at Martyn feeling consequences while Pat n Helen assure themselves a box of chocolates makes up for the diabolical consequences they have foisted upon Clarrie. Yes, the working class woman is in peril but the rich man has a wet floor! #TheArchers

Helen: "as long as there's no hard feelings".
Me: quickly pauses BBC sounds to take a moment to compose myself.
Yes, Helen, that's what's most important. It's only ever your mental health that really counts of course. Poor lovely Clarrie. #TheArchers

Yes! Empathy and reflection rather and being open to change. It was a lovely big sigh of relief episode. And set Mick up well, as he's going to need to pick up some of these skills at pace to help Joy and Rochelle! #TheArchers

Well, like standard #TheArchers fandom exchanges- we will have to agree to disagree on that one. There must be something we do agree on- too much cricket? Natasha is going to regret that mortgage? The Prof is going to take Brad under his wing and get him through his degree?

Oh I see. I do understand why that upset many people. But they were actually honest, once they got over their initial panic and horror, against their own interests. And that's integrity to me. The police NFA'd after investigating too. #TheArchers

Me too. I see she can be frustrating, but she's not wrong that her life is unfair and is particularly hard. I have everything crossed she gets some good opportunities. It's absolutely her turn and it would be wonderful to listen to. #TheArchers

Do you mean George? Yes, he made a terrible decision and he's now being very firmly punished for that. When he's released, he will have completed his formal reparation and hopefully he can be supported to positively reintegrate into village life. As others have. #TheArchers

Yes he's very difficult to listen to sometimes and I see his faults for sure. Eddie's schemes are often foolish and go wrong. But to me, that's what much of Helens cheese business is. She just had more resources to produce her failure. #TheArchers

I worry about George. He's so young, he has a long life ahead of him that can bring more harm and misery or something hope and happiness. I really really want him to be helped to the latter for everyone's sake. #TheArcher

😂 He just doesn't really bother me I guess, as the family can and do handle him. I’ve a soft spot for the working-class families. Their flaws are worn on the surface and are
honest. They don't charm or pay their way past consequences, while others carry the full weight of theirs. #TheArchers

I don't get the intensity of dislike Eddie gets. In this world, or Ambridge - he definitely inspires a regular 'for Pete's sake' but Vince has legit gangster vibes, Brian treated Jenny *appallingly*, Moss committed human trafficking!, Rob was a monster. Eddie's 🤷 #TheArchers

I don't want to wind all the #TheArchers online community up, but that was a beautiful episode and was wholly right and exact (IMO, of course). I love The Grundys and The Carters, they have more integrity than every Archer and Aldridge put together and x2. Good on ya, Robert.

Kirsty is now my favourite and that's that (sorry, Joy). May your doomed house bring a plague on Tom and Natasha so that sniveling sausage boy will finally feel some *consequences* of his actions! [Raises fists to the sky] #TheArchers

Yes, you're right. Helen sounds very authoritative in the farm house recently- the hierarchy has been reordered. Helen could do with Pat's support and advice, but she doesn't really care for guidance. And yes, Pat seems to have lost the confidence to insist she listen. #TheArchers

Please please let someone soon tell Pat Archer that the call is coming from inside the house. Save my blood pressure. #TheArchers

Yes! Same. Trying to make him take some responsibility for keeping their jobs. I'd say unbelievable but unfortunately it's so Archer it's not. Incredible how she can so clearly see the water mismanagement but not their own. Someone needs to hand her a mirror! #TheArchers

I wish Neil had finished off his objection to Pat by reminding her that Bridge Farm is responsible for the diary business, not the water company. And that pink wellies don't make up for weeks of cleaning graft, followed by making employees fight for a job in a game of HR musical chairs. #TheArchers

I was shouting this at the radio too- who would want to work for a family business in this economy. Come in, on your day off, unpaid, while I decide which of you to sack as a consequence of my poor management of the business you've relentlessly skivvied for. Good grief. #TheArchers
