Would anyone be able to help a disabled person out? Chai and I would very much appreciate any assistance in getting an air purifier for our room. I’m not able to leave the house for many reasons, but I’m still often getting sick because of the others in the house.

And the fact that I haven’t streamed this month (except for 1 day) has me feeling so down/depressed that it’s harder than usual to think about streaming is also ironic.

I want people to understand where I’m coming from. TW: Discussion of pain. Ideally, I want to stream today. Realistically, I am struggling to stay sitting up for more than 10 minutes at a time. Why? My spine is in so much agony that sitting up feels like each vertebrae is being individually set on fire. My hips sting and then go completely numb. My migraine, which is resisting the pain meds I’ve taken, is causing me to be dizzy AF. Even if I COULD sit up for long: My thumb has been partially dislocated for days and refuses to cooperate in putting it back in place. The arthritis in my hands is making it painful to use my mouse/keyboard.”

My sides are in so much pain that anything other than a shallow breath feels like a dagger driven into and across each individual rib. My fatigue is already making me decide if I should take a nap and it’s not quite 11AM yet. When I say that streaming depends on my health, this is what I mean. THIS is what I have to work around. I have to decide if the pain in my shoulders and hands is going to be tolerable enough to get at least 2 hours of gaming. I have to determine if I can even SIT for 2 hours of gaming. If I CAN do a stream, I have to determine if my pain is settled enough that I won’t be a total asshole on stream because, while it’s no excuse for being a jerk, my pain makes me a jerk sometimes. So I have to determine if I’m in a place where I can catch myself about to say something rude BEFORE I say it.”

Today, despite none of my usual barriers (heat, exhaustion, illness), I was hit with a wave of general apathy 🙃

I had intended on streaming today, but after having zero sleep, feeling sick, and in pain, I’m not so sure it’s a good idea.
W/ my inability to get any sleep, I’m finally editing VODs from when we did stream, so be on the lookout for new YT content coming soon(?)!

Still haven’t been able to stream. It’s been ROUGH. The heat prevented streams, then I got sick, now it’s both hot AND I’m sick. 🙃
