Nothing quite like a wood stove. We're so close to the ocean that even with the electric furnace blasting it was still damp & cool. Not to mention the constant noise off and on, the expense Then again we don't get the freezing temps. Had more than enough of that in my early days. 🥶

Good time to fire up the oven and stay snuggled in where it's warm(er)!
The wood stove we installed about a year ago is doing a tremendous job... though we don't generally get anywhere close to freezing here along the coast.
