AOC: I want everybody to understand that the cuts to your health care are what’s paying for this. You get screwed over to pay a bunch of thugs in the street that are shooting mothers in the face.
The government is saying that violence rules. That snatching foreign leaders and territories, and shooting US citizens in their cars at point blank range, is justified. That resistance is not only futile, it is dangerous. They can say these things. But they cannot force us to believe them.

Not only is ICE snatching hard working people who are trying to earn a living, they’re taking their money too?
A witness recorded ICE agents taking a cash box from a taco stand in La Puente during an operation where four people were arrested.
Agents in Key Largo, Florida ripped this woman wearing medical scrubs out of her car as she screamed she is a US citizen. Agents cuffed her and put her in one of their cars.
She was eventually let go, per David Goodhue of the Miami Herald, who also took this footage:

As America falls down, California stands up.
This shows the risk California takes by remaining a subservient state of the US. We should seek out independence. The first step is putting a referendum on the ballot.

This morning, I was hit in the face by a baton.
I’m going to have a pretty gnarly bruise but we need to remember why this is happening: Trump and ICE are rounding up our neighbors, treating them as subhuman, and shipping them off to labor camps in foreign countries. It has to end.
