Well, i imagine they'd think quite a lot about you holding my hand while i guide you down my gullet. Slipping past my maw, over my awaiting tongue, and getting personal with my throat on the way down.

Perma is an interesting concept.
One I've never really seen mentioned is Perma Endo, though. Its very odd to think about, but imagine either caring so much about your food, or simply desiring to have some pet live in you forever. That you just Never let them leave.
