We’ve watched our friends to the south face attacks on truth, rights, and basic democratic norms. Let it be clear, Canadians DO NOT stand by while democracy is pushed around!

We stand in Solidarity because Democracy isn’t just an American ideal. It’s a shared one. And we protect it together!

Defending democracy is to protect the right of every person! It’s refusing to hand our future to authoritarians who want obedience instead of freedom, chaos instead of accountability.

Therefore, we will affirm the District Court's disqualification order.

Disqualified by a 3-0 ruling, for the following reasons:

Alina Habba is not even competent as a Defence Attorney.

She has made several notable mistakes in court, including failing to follow proper procedures during cross-examination and engaging in arguments with the judge.

Her courtroom antics have raised concerns about her legal competence.
