Emotional Intelligence is being able to understand our own biases and if we have feelings/intuitions about something our job is to try and gather more evidence or conduct thorough investigation to see if it checks out and thus being able to prioritise things correctly.

And then the gall of summoning Apple or AirBnB as example of excellence when they have TEAMS translating the feelings of some people into actual facts...
You're not Steve Jobs, dude! And even if you were I don't think basing our decisions only on Feelings is the way to go.

Rant: Funny how most C-level have the emotional intelligence of deep ocean rock but when it comes to the feelings they have about how things should work, suddenly investigating and getting more concrete data is not the way to go, because THEIR FEELINGS!
