Lake George Games Expo - Volunteer Interest Form Thank you for your interest in volunteering! It is hard work from people like you who make our events the show stoppers that they are. Roles: There are many ways to help us organize this event. Depending on your interest, you can help with pre-event/post-event tasks, or event day tasks. Pre/post event tasks involve planning, coordinating, marketing, and other tasks done to set up our event for success. Event day tasks involve the in-person running of the games expo including setting up the event hall, handling admission sales, and helping guide attendees. Communication: Our team communicates through our Discord server. Each person who fills out this form and joins our Discord server will be given either the "volunteer" role (for people who signed up to help in general), the "day-of volunteer" role (for people who signed up to work on the day of the event), or both. Note: You cannot be both an exhibitor and a volunteer at the same event. If you intend to exhibit, please let us know.

Hello everyone!

The Summer 2026 event forms for the Lake George Games Expo are open!

We're gathering info early so we can include it all in the presentation we plan to put on during the winter event.

Please fill out any form you find applicable.

If you are free that evening, and want to see some new game-related events in the Lake George area, please consider coming to the meeting.

The meeting will be held at 20 Old Post Road, Lake George NY 12845.

No problem if this is short notice.

We will be making a presentation in front of the The Lake George Town Board on Monday sometime during the 5:00 PM meeting.

Our main focus will be detailing our plans for the summer event we are putting together for July of 2026.

Plans for the winter event are coming along with 7 of our 8 tables reserved.

We will be making announcements about which exhibitor will have tables closer to the middle of the month, once fall semester has started for colleges in the area.
