I obviously still drink my coffees, teas, etc, but I don't have to keep score of those. The only thing that really matters and counts, is that the bottle should be empty at the end of the day.
I know this isn't exactly ground-breaking, but I didn't think it'd work *this* good for me.
This huge bottle has been a great help in getting me to drink more water. I fill it up with (almost) two liters in the morning. The objective is to drink it throughout the day, and have it empty before I go to bed at night. No more keeping score of all individual cups of coffee, tea, etc π€ #ADHD

Protip taken from a Q&A video by Goulet Pens: you can use an empty Diamine bottle as an inkwell for your sample vials. No more anxiety from the possibility of accidentally tipping over the vial while inking up π€
