I agree that’s what drove the pardon and understand a father’s need to protect his son. We all need to be looking at the 2nd & 3rd order effects of this pardon. I’m guessing history books decades from now will say this bolstered the SCOTUS immunity decision and will unleash Trump’s worst instincts.
