Nothing unpleasant then that I recall, but people did not get that I was still writing/working full time 😂

Covid commissions were INTERESTING. People didn't understand why I couldn't start their story right away - but my work was continuing "as normal" during covid! I wasn't off work, because writing was my work.

So. Many. Follow. Up. E-mails.

It's why I feel that tricky clients come in bunches, all at once. I wonder if people feel they can push harder if they think you "need" commissions? It's not a nice way to behave, of course, but it's interesting from a psychology standpoint.

It's interesting how, when there is more trouble in the world or individual difficulties, there will be a higher number of "problem" commissioners. This could range from people nagging for discounts, wanting a lot more content in fewer words, pushing boundaries for content I do not write or other.

I seem to have passed a turning point with covid though, so I'm very glad of that. Meds doing some good now to make me feel better. Got to do a quick test to see if I need to do anything for tomorrow though as supposed to be working on the stable yard.

It's...really not the attitude I want to have towards the first site I started reading and posting on, but it's how I feel, it's my reaction.

As a long-time user of the site...yup, I'm pretty disappointed. If people want to bare their teeth at me for that, so be it.
