Reading judgment. Forensic DNA report produced 31/3/2023. Offender (already known) charged 11/3/2025. 2 YEARS LATER. Yet when forensic DNA was first rolled out, one of the major attractions was the SPEED with which crimes would be detected!! (is this reported as NDNAD 2025 stats or 2023?)
