University admins literally run institutions full of experts in every subject and not only do they never consult them, they go out of their way to insult that expertise while following the world's most deliberately stupid consultants. Every time. It's a death cult.

(1) A few years ago I was contacted by a descendent of 1 of the men in the regiment I was writing about (27USCT) just before I left for NARA. I pulled the pension file for her - was so disappointed that it held only 2 pages! BUT it was a letter from the brothers
