Look… they’re looking at uh- a blue sky in the 4th picture !!! Ain’t that crazy …

r/GameDevelopment Meshyai How viable is meshy Ai for prototyping game assets quickly? I’m working on a solo dev project and looking for ways to speed up asset creation. I've seen Meshy Ai, which claims to generate textured and animatable models from text or concept art in seconds. Has anyone integrated this into their game dev pipeline? Did it actually save time, or did the models require major cleanup before they were usable? Would love to hear pros or cons from anyone who’s tested it in a production or prototyping environment. I wish the villains were at least competent. This is just insulting.

Occasionally you see a 3d artist doing fantastic work but you also know exactly whose 2d art they are working from without disclosing that and it’s poor form. It’s easy to lift others by just saying there name and citing your sources. In the age of genAi stealing you can be better and support others

Its always astounding to me how much uglier they are in person.

Did a rework of the climbing logic to prioritse being able to move over uneven surfaces. Need to prep some animations for jump related climbing logic but i'm nearly able to wrap this feature up. #indiedev #unity #gamedev
