20 years! That’s just not fair on our towns and communities.
Landowners should not be allowed to let their properties deteriorate to the point of danger and the councils have to step in. It’s basically stealing from rate payers.
We had a building in our town, an old motel which stood empty for over 20 years, deteriorating and becoming a rat invested hell.
