Enjoyed a slow morning. Went to a local coffee shop, sat without a laptop and forced myself to embrace doing nothing for 30 minutes. The tariff threats and subsequent pivoting I’ve done with my business has been exhausting…a little self care was long overdue.

Same here. I regularly opt for a mocktail at events when they are available. Hangovers are rough in middle age so avoiding them is a priority.
