His chlorokinesis has always been more of a defensive power than an offensive one, but it does have offensive properties.

But there was always one group that would never lend me their stories or time." Panel 3: She opens a book and narrates, "The Ryder Clan of Omela." Panel 4: Two family emblems are visible on her paper, Nevermore, and her own of Silverscale. "Though, my studies did inform me there are offshoots of their clan." Panel 5: She closes her book with a thud while sitting on a cushion. Panel 6: Sapphron is standing in front of her cave entrance with a walking stick, surprisingly he is blind in this. "One day, I saw this blind cat in red armor outside my cave. I got the sense he saw more than me, not less."
