Happy New Year!
I don't often post, but I want to say that I'm proud of you for making it through another year. Whether you had a great 2024 or not, you made it through another one. It's not easy to be here every day let alone a whole year. So I'm proud of you.

Reminder that no matter what happens now. Remember to love yourself and one another. There is going to be a lot of chaos and not the good kind. We will get through this. You are seen, you are loved, you are not alone. This is far from the end.

Feel like I'm going in circles and can't get off this ride. When does it finally stop? When will I ever move forward for once? Where do these feelings go now? Things make no sense.

Sleep is such a blessing and curse for me. One side I love to sleep and I get rested, the other side I wonder if I will wake up. What will happen if I just don't wake up again? Who will find me? Is that just it for me? Did I make sure everyone I love knows that I love them? It's scary sometimes man.

In a darker mindset tonight. I could barely interact with my friends tonight and I feel bad. Hopefully they didn't notice.

Sometimes it's so tempting to silence all the noise. I can't do it though. These relationships are a blessing and a curse.

I want to be free from this pain.

It is so nice to be able to see posts I want to see and a light sprinkle of what I might like. Being able to just avoid dumb drama posts and rage bait is a real blessing. I might not see as much right now because people are still migrating slowly, but man has it been so much better.

Take time to learn some techniques from CBT and DBT therapy. Be open minded and dive into these techniques. They won't change things immediately, but will help restructure your mindset. It is something that has helped me in the past so maybe it can help you.

Take care of yourself mentally and physically. We are all here fighting our own inner demons. Some small, some large, but they are still demons and we don't know how strong they are for others. Be patient with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Most importantly love yourself.

Life is kicking my ass right now. Please protect my loved ones and bring them to the brighter future.

Spending time with friends has to be my favorite thing to do. Doesn't matter what we are doing as long as I have them with me.

It's crazy how actually having friends changes a lot. I hope I never lose them. I've been really blessed.

I'm so excited to hang out with friends, but I'm not excited for it to be in a horror game. Send help. 💀

How many people are actually going to stick here? Feels like we do this every bad update and it's always another social media. Tired of signing up to so many.

If you see this, know you are seen. No matter what you are going through. No matter what problems are in the way. You are doing amazing so keep it up. I'm proud of you for still being here.

Whatever the next chapter in my life is, I hope you all follow your dreams and work towards it. I hope that you are doing your best to take care of yourself mentally and physically. I hope that you make a difference in your life and reach your potential. You are all special and amazing.
