They harvest and compress pre existing heat in the air, ground or water and transport it where it is needed.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney refers to the US navy sinking a defenceless Iranian ship and refusing to rescue the survivors as an "incident." He does not name the United States as the perpetrator of the "incident" which occurred in international waters.
This is what we need right now. Political leaders with a combination of solid principles and moral courage.
Just to return to the topic from yesterday, only the US can kill hundreds of thousands of civilians in previous wars and still have its citizens and reporters pretending that it doesn’t do that.
