Does 30mg/ml refer to 30 mg of total protein per ml, or is it the wet pellet mass per ml? I guess doesn't matter once the optimization is done. Thanks.

We are thinking of trying LMNG-CHS. Would love to hear advice on the Expi293 cell mass to detergent ratio for solubilization. Or protein to detergent ratio. Thank you.

Hello Colleagues. We are purifying a complex of two #membrane proteins from Expi293 cells. We used 1% DDM for solubilization, and 0.02% during chromatography. The complex shows both subunits on the gel but runs really small on SEC. It should have 3 copies of one subunit and 2 of the other.
