Harassment under the HDC Act 2015 - a newish law that lacks enough case law, that by *not* prosecuting her for harassment, sets a precedent that could see true criminal harassment go unpunished. It is, unfortunately, how the law works: case law and precedent

I'm on the fence on this. While I can see the injustice of a victim being pursued thru the courts, she *did* actually harass a large number of people via email for a lengthy period. NOT prosecuting her sets a precedent that we may not want to see applied were the circumstances truly criminal

But who are the contenders? While I really get Macca, he's way more effective undermining Bishflap and his dorky lies, to his face on live TV. Who else might be LotO/next PM material?

All the other playtime pilots you can see off to the right are pantsing around over farms (which I heartily condone) but this clown has flown here from a looong way off just to do this. It's not like there's an absence of unpopulated places near Hāwera fml
