Its about how you go about it. I hate AI art in any form. Be it music, graphic design or pictures whatever the fuck. But if someone uses it, I'm simply going to distance myself from them or tell them I think its cringe privately. Its become so popular to be a dickwad when you disagree with people.

Using your platform to belittle and make fun of others - even if they do something cringe - is lame and speaks bounds about your character.

And it sounds like this person did it perfectly where they tried to implement something they thought would be cool and offered an alternative if others didn't like it. You shouldn't ever tell people they shouldn't try to make something because they're not XYZ.

Not even talking about how people complained about there not being a 2D option when there was indeed a 2D option; its also crazy how people are so quick to say you shouldn't ever try 3D audio unless you're an audio engineer. You have to try things before you get good at them.

I don't find it rude at all, I expect it as there's so many VRC communities and any VRC player much less DJ is probably in a shit ton of them. But, when I've booked a DJ multiple times and they still haven't joined I do wonder what I'm doing differently from other servers that makes them not want to

Yup, I have a decent sized collection of "retro" (PS1, Xbox, GameCube, PS) games. Half of which I haven't played. I know I'd love most of them but I simply don't have the time to just sit down and play for any decent period of time either.
