AI receptionist answers the call for busy medical clinics - Hamilton Health Sciences Members of our HHS Patient and Family Advisory council test drove an AI-powered receptionist for medical clinics, developed by an HHS doctor.

I had the opportunity to test drive the AI assistant designed to book appointments, process prescription refills, answer questions, and more, freeing up about four hours a day for busy office staff to focus on their other duties.
