I still have a lot of work to do with decoration and making other items like headdresses, but I've finished so much already with plenty of time to go : D

Three clear plastic-wrapped packages of lace and ribbon. Large bundles, easily over 100 metres in total.

More lace arrived in the mail last week! Today, I finished sewing all the wristcuffs with lace from my last order, moving on to the new lace soon!

Got stressed about how quickly con season will catch up to me and sewed 12 pairs of cotton wristcuffs last weekend, and finished 6/9 black lace pairs this week before I ran out of elastic :0

I am thrilled and also incredibly stressed : D

Three pairs of wristcuffs made from brown cotton eyelet lace, on a pink gingham background. There's no bows or decoration on them yet.

I'm starting on my inventory for this upcoming season of conventions! I think people liked the cotton lace, so I'm trying out more colours, and with detachable bows this year to see if that's a preferred design : D

Ginger and seaweed onigiri from 711 was my fav of the few options I could eat, I would grab one anytime I saw them available

Coffee coolish is great, didn't care for the vanilla, felt to icy for my taste

Daily Chico ice cream in nakano, this was Coffee, green tea, and pistachio, I think? I also had strawberry and ramune a different day, all tasty!! :D

I am a tourist who does tourist things like get candied fruit. I mean, they're good, I just had to scamper all the way back down the road to the stall once I realized I had to throw out the stick after I was done.

A pink land tamagotchi paradise with a sleeping furawatchi

Probably the most important update I forgot to give! I finally got a tama paradise!!!!! (The day after my mom was able to just buy one in store for me back home 🥲) I'm just so excited about it!!!

I also ate an m&m today that tasted wrong, so I checked, and sure enough japanese m&ms contain gluten. But I'd already eaten one and my intestines didn't explode, so a win overall.

I'm (kind of) back! My injury persists, but most of the pain is gone, so I was able to do a little sewing for the first time in a month 😭 taking it slow to not overdo it though

I got injured at work a couple weeks back, and while I've fortunately been able to keep working, I'm not currently able to use my right hand for much. I haven't been able to draw or sew or anything, and it's starting to get really frustrating. 🥲

A flatlay or everything that arrived in my taobao order. For egl, I got the sheep puff heart bag in mint, a black headbow, some star clips, and a few rings. For tamagotchis, I got 2 connections, some cases, two of the blind bags, and an ichigotchi pouch.

First test wristcuffs with this lace I dyed mint! I was so nervous about the colour, but it turned out perfect 💚 #handmadelolita

Experimented with different style headdresses using the scraps from this dress : ) tried to go for both a more "traditional" and "modern" style of headdress with materials I already had at home! First time making small fabric bows too 💜

So I'm learning that the colours on my desktop show up wildly different on my phone :0 but this was the third edit, so it's just going to cause eyestrain sorry:0

Two black flat/rectangle style egl headdresses. One is right side up to show details (criss-cross ribbon lacing from a rose trim, and a larger bow at each end) and the other is flipped over to show the clips sewn to the back. The ruffle around the outside is made from the same fabric and the backing. Both have the ribbon ties filling the sides of the image in a squiggle.
