😂 it’s a pretty good tut all in all - the audio for it is fucking terrible though - quiet voice volume and then suddenly the windows error ping at 4000db 😱

Spent the evening faffing about with Blender modifiers, assigning attributes to specific edges for the bevel modifier and displacement in UE5 - most of the way there me thinks but bed is calling and will go back to it tomorrow. Pleased I've been tackling this as it's a tough nut to crack (for me)! 😅

Me, a Blender user, waiting for the guy in the tutorial to catch up with me while he uses Max. Yes he's explaining some techniques for the newbies, but it seems the steps needed are a lot more convoluted getting to the same point in Max than Blender.

Probably the stone age tbh - but even then there was that Thag guy who was a bit of dick...

In 2002 I finished an Earth Science degree and fell into a LD role due to my map reading expereinces (working on a Train Sim game where RL maps were utilised), Game design followed from there down the line - I've moved between LD and GD for last 23 years but LD is where my heart is :-).
