I was getting antsy & was eyeing cleaning chores & I remembered my shoulder which felt amazing this morning & didn't hurt all night but I know it's not completely healed so I have to watch what I do.

It is lol I also sent her a pic because Sam Riegel is her fav even though she doesn't watch but if I have it on, she will catch bits & pieces & any of Sam's scenes really stand out 🤣

It was amazing. I've got a torn rotator cuff & I'm not supposed to move my right arm which is impossible! It's not an option. I'm always such a busy bee & if I'm not doing something then I get anxiety lol But I'm quite okay with sitting here doing nothing today 😁 everything can wait while I heal.

When you said music, I thought, I need some of that so just took a long hot bath in eucalyptus epson salts & listened to the Legend of Vox Machina sound track. Lit up some incense & just kicked back & ...relaxed. My mind & body just feel so great right now 😁

I love those moments! Something clicked yesterday & I suddenly felt...normal? lol I don't know how to explain it but everything felt real & a little lighter & I got a good nights sleep last night so I feel amazing this morning! 🥰 Hope yours continues! I'm working on clinging to it because I love it!
